Description of the job

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Sales Training Development Leader to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating training and development programs that maximize the effectiveness of the company's sales training program to promote high performing teams. The trainer will be responsible for increasing the overall performance of the sales team by developing and delivering the proper tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful.

Position Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with sales Market Leaders to align sales training programs with the overall sales strategy
  • Develop, implement and evaluate sales training programs and initiatives
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for improvement in sales training
  • Deliver classroom training, virtual training and ongoing coaching to sales teams as needed for both new and current employees
  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales processes, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules shadowing opportunities with senior representatives
  • Develop training materials and create engaging presentations, tailored to our variety of solutions and markets
  • Monitor and track the success of sales training programs, by analyzing sales performance data; adjusting training content and overall programs based on analysis
  • Track and understand capabilities and products, ensuring all sales reps possess a consistent level of knowledge to effectively sell products
  • Stay current on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs
  • Identifies opportunities with our Sales technology team to use emerging technologies that could be implemented to increase training efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
  • Enhances job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities and by staying current with professional publications.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, training, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare sales industry
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques

  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through training
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to evaluate training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) capability at a highly developed level. Especially proficient in Microsoft Office Word, with formatting technical documents, generating a table of contents, and organizing and publishing an entire document.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong written, oral, telephonic, and video conferencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines
