Compensation from $26 - $28 (based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift differentials!

Additional clinical premiums for experience!

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time - $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for Part Time

Status/Shift: Full Time Night, Part Time Night

Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications:

* Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
* CPR certification required
* One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
* Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

* Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
* Administers medications and treatments.
* Performs resident assessments.
* Participates in daily resident rounding.
* May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
