We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Analyst III to support Small Cell operations within the Network Operations and Implementation team. This role requires a strong understanding of contract accuracy, data management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing complex contracts, ensuring data integrity, and working cross-functionally with internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Review revenue and expense agreements for accuracy, ensuring all data, approvals, and supporting documentation are present and align with the contract.
- Manage contract hierarchy reviews to ensure accurate data feeds into the Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
- Process monthly venue redactions for upload into the contract database.
- Manage and analyze monthly reporting for contract management.
- Proactively review contract preparation compliance issues, identify gaps in processes, and recommend/execute resolutions.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
- Manage the quality and assess risk within contracts and associated data.
- Support defining targets around quality, cycle time, and production.
- Ability to advise at multiple levels within the business.
- Ability to continuously prioritize long-term plans with short-term urgent response needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to manage and conduct difficult conversations.
- Ability to influence conversations by building relationships and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Experience in interpreting contract language and applying it in a business context.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to drive process enhancements and ensure contract accuracy.
- Demonstrate flexibility to prioritize daily tasks alongside high-priority requests.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven.
- Drives accountability and models professional values.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in a high-level analytical role preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience leading complex, analytical, enterprise-level projects.
The base range for this contract position is $24 - $34/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
