SIC (US 1987) : The Family Floors story starts back in 1987 when Chuck’s father started the business after years of working in the flooring industry. During the first year, Chuck Sr. worked out of his home, but his reputation for quality and honest work helped the business grow fast and he opened the showroom in Pitcairn the next year. In 2008, Chuck’s parents retired and Chuck asked Kelly to join him in the family business.
Chuck and Kelly enjoy interacting with their customers, helping to choose the right material, give suggestions for design, and meeting client’s children and family pets.
The Mazons are Pittsburgh born and raised and avid sports fans. Even though Chuck is a Pitt fan and Kelly is a Penn State fan, they somehow manage to make it work! They have a dog, Xena, and two adult children, Hannah and Charlie, who have helped at the family business over the years.
When they make time to relax, the Mazons enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, music, fishing, kayaking, and gardening.
