SIC (US 1987) : We started Triad Behavior Support Services in 2014 with the simple idea of providing behavioral support to people in need. Being a Licensed Behavior Specialist is an honor and passing information and tools onto others is our mission. We strive to continually learn and offer support to all people in need. We care deeply about our clients and our community. Triad gives back to our local community by way of volunteering and supporting local athletic teams and schools.
We believe that our services can make a difference in the "Everyday Lives" of the people that we support. Our purpose is to support people to grow and develop, to achieve their personal goals, to develop positive relationships, and to enjoy their lives as fully participating members of their community.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live life to the fullest. Through the implementation of specialized support services, our intent is to support individuals with disabilities to do just that: live the life that they hope and dream about. Specialized behavior support services enable individuals and their families to increase or maintain their ability to perform activities of daily living. Behavior Supports include onsite observation, comprehensive assessment, behavior support plan development and training for all involved team members. Behavior support plans are regularly evaluated to ensure that any necessary changes are made and that individual outcomes are tracked appropriately.
